A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll transfer your site(s) to our enterprise–grade cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that swapping web hosting providers can result in lost information and undesirable network downtime. Because of this, we’ll do all that for you for free!We have knowledgeable administrators whose sole task is to make certain that your site functions exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon popular applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: We strive to implement all website migrations ASAP. Yet, we do not have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are several variables that you have to consider – the very size of your website and the workload of our website migration team, etc. We constantly strive to carry out each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller web sites, our staff usually manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We don’t collect any personal details. We’ll require, however, the login info for your present hosting account and the name of the website that you need to transfer.

A: Before we can begin the migration of your hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose exactly the same information you have given to your current host. We also have a very rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive info is used.

A: Your site will work exactly like it did before with your former hosting provider. As soon as we are done with the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will need to do is change the NS resource records pertaining to your domain. Your web site will be transferred over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: While we transfer your web content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. In essence, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source website management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
